Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a few years of experience in a 1st/2nd line service desk support role. You should be comfortable triaging technical issues while working within a ticket-based service desk system. Your technical knowledge should ideally include most of the following:
- MS Office 365 configuration and administration
- Experience with Microsoft Server support and administration
- Exposure to Azure Virtual Services, including VMs, VPN, and consumption management
- Microsoft Active Directory support and administration
- Basic networking skills
- Cybersecurity awareness and incident response
Additionally, you must hold a Full Driving License.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will join a team that provides 1st and 2nd level technical support across our group of companies. You will be responsible for delivering infrastructure and network changes within both physical and virtual locations. This position offers a growth opportunity, as we are looking for someone who is eager to get involved in more desk-side support and contribute to various projects. A key project involves migrating all parts of the group into one 365 tenant while standardizing our systems and processes. We place a significant emphasis on project work, and we expect you to play a large role in these initiatives.
