Requirements
Must:

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with AWS and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake).
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau advantageous.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial awareness and interest in investment and real estate markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, managing large data sets from internal and external sources.
- Develop and optimise ETL processes using AWS, SQL, and modern cloud technologies.
- Manage API integrations and automate data ingestion and transformation workflows.
- Improve infrastructure scalability, performance, and data delivery processes.
- Develop analytical tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to generate actionable business insights.
- Implement data quality checks and governance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with investment, asset management, and finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
