Requirements
Must:
- Approx. 6 years experience in an IT support or engineering role
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Solid grounding in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
- A deep understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
- Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
- Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and a customerāfirst mindset
- A proactive, problemāsolving attitude and willingness to learn
- Desirable (but not essential):
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications
- Experience working within an MSP or multiāsite environment
Responsibilities
- Providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting across endāuser and infrastructure environments
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 ecosystems (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
- Supporting and developing networking environments: firewalls, switches, WiāFi, VPN
- Contributing to IT projects such as cloud migrations, security improvements, and system upgrades
- Monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure reliability and uptime
- Documenting configurations, processes, and technical designs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to continuously improve service delivery
