Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Support Engineer, I will be responsible for handling escalated support cases while also participating in various project work. This role will provide exposure to a diverse range of technologies, including networking (switching, VLANs, wireless), firewall and security solutions, virtualization platforms, Windows Server and Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and enterprise storage systems (SAN/RAID).
