Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in end-user support
- MS365 / Active Directory proficiency
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Driving licence and access to a car every day
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to staff and students
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with setup and maintenance of IT equipment
- Manage user accounts within MS365 and Active Directory
- Ensure smooth operation of IT systems within the school environment
Description
We are a group of schools located in Barrow, looking for an IT Technician to join our small IT support team on a temporary basis for initially 1 month. This part-time role (3 days per week) is on-site, providing an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong IT support background. We value your skills in supporting a variety of hardware and software, as well as your dedication to education. An Enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate.
