Requirements
Must:

- Technical support / infrastructure background
- Proven team leadership experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to obtain a clean Enhanced DBS
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a team of three IT support staff
- Take ownership of service delivery and project delivery
- Manage reporting on team performance and service levels
- Act as a trusted link between the Managed Service Provider (MSP), schools, and the wider IT team
Description
We are a well-established IT support and solutions provider, seeking an IT Support Team Leader to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness. This role comes with a competitive salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including bonuses, pension, 23 days holiday (in addition to your birthday and bank holidays), and excellent training and development plans.
