Requirements
Must:
- Solid IT troubleshooting skills (anti-virus, disk space, CPU/memory, connectivity, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence when dealing with clients over the phone
- Customer-first approach with great organization skills
- A genuine passion for IT and eagerness to learn
- Full UK driving licence (occasional on-site visits required)
- Previous experience in outsourced IT support
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing remote and on-site support
- Troubleshoot PCs, servers, and networks (Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2016–2022)
- Manage and administer Office 365
- Support Macs, PCs, and customer applications (training provided)
- Conduct VPN, connectivity, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Install and upgrade PCs and software
- Setup users in Active Directory/Entra ID
- Administer IP phone systems (web interface)
- Provide email and website hosting support (Linux & Windows)
- Contribute to IT projects and solutions
