Senior Hosting Technician - 2nd/3rd Line Support

Having grown 40% year-on-year over the last two years, we are looking for another talented, personable, and ambitious Senior Hosting Technician (2nd / 3rd Line Support) to join our friendly team in Redhill. You will be delivering high-level technical support across our hosting, networking, and cloud infrastructure environments, handling escalated issues, troubleshooting complex systems, and playing a key role in maintaining the uptime, performance, and security of our hosted platforms. You'll also be contributing to project work, system improvements, and mentoring junior colleagues. In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 (with the potential for more for the right person), a 5% performance bonus, 22-25 days of holiday (rising with service), and various other benefits including a company laptop, in-house and external training, frequent social events, free onsite parking, and opportunities for overtime.
