Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with experience in a similar Technical Support, EUC, Desktop Support, or Service Desk role.
- I want individuals with a strong knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack, including Office 365, Intune, EntraID, Power Platform, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop.
- Experience with device management and application packaging is essential.
- Candidates should possess PowerShell scripting skills.
- I value collaboration, pragmatism, and great communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- As a Technical Support Engineer, I need you to provide comprehensive support to a public sector client.
- You will handle the full spectrum of technical issues, progressing from initial contact (Tier 1) to more complex resolutions (Tier 2).
- I expect you to act as the primary contact for the client, providing support via Teams/Google Meet, email, and the ticketing system, with ownership through to resolution.
- You will carry out administration on M365, Power Platform, Intune, EntraID, Windows Server, Windows Desktops, and Active Directory.
- It's your responsibility to maintain clear and concise documentation, identify recurring issues, and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
