Requirements
Must:
- I have experience in a similar Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Service Desk role.
- I possess a strong knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack, including Office 365, Intune, EntraID, Power Platform, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop.
- I am collaborative and pragmatic, with great communication and customer service skills.
- Ideally, I hold SC Clearance or will be able to achieve it, although this is not essential.
Responsibilities
- I will provide comprehensive support to clients, handling the full spectrum of technical issues from initial contact (Tier 1) through to more complex resolutions (Tier 2).
- I will act as the primary contact for clients, delivering support via Teams, Google Meet, email, and the ticketing system, taking ownership through to resolution.
- I will carry out administration on M365, Power Platform, Intune, EntraID, Windows Server, Windows Desktops, and Active Directory.
- I will maintain clear and concise documentation, identify recurring issues, and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Description
I have the flexibility to work from home most of the time, with the requirement to meet colleagues in the Accrington office twice a week. There will also be occasional trips to visit clients in London and an on-call requirement.
