Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Ability to read HTML
- Proficiency in creating business process diagrams, technical architecture, and integration concepts
- Experience in managing and developing business relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally possess SQL skills and experience in insurance or cyber security environments
- Degree educated in a STEM discipline
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales engagements and understand client requirements
- Participate in technical pre-sales discussions
- Ensure products meet client needs through expectation management
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during technology integration
- Draft business process flows and specify API queries
- Assist with onboarding users for proof of concept
- Influence the companys success through your role
Description
We are a successful and growing Cyber Security Risk Management tech company specializing in solutions for SMEs. Our team is working on complex and interesting systems at the cutting edge of technology. We offer a competitive salary up to £85k plus benefits including OTE commission, private medical healthcare (including dental and vision cover), pension, share option scheme, an employee wellness program, and summer time hours. This role provides a hybrid working environment with three days in our London office or at client visits, and two days working from home.
