Requirements
Must:
- Experience in designing software/infrastructure architectures for large-scale platform modernization and scaling
- Experience in distributed systems design, particularly migrating legacy enterprise systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architecture with dual-run and phased migration strategies
- Proficient in defining reference architectures for TypeScript microservices, React micro frontends, and mobile applications (React Native)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and IaC strategy (CDK, Terraform)
- Solid understanding of Data Architecture, including Lakehouse patterns, event-driven data flows, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Metabase)
- Experience designing platforms within regulated environments
- Collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to communicate technical aspects and trade-offs effectively
Responsibilities
- Serve as the architectural design authority for direct-to-customer financial wellbeing offerings
- Oversee the modernization of the CRM, workflow systems, and data platforms
- Build systems with scalability and operational excellence in mind
- Integrate with partners, data/insight providers, and agentic systems
- Collaborate with tech team/Agile squads to provide architecture and design decisions
- Offer guidance on solutions and process design
- Assist teams in solving complex problems and challenges
