Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a help desk/service desk environment in a 2nd line support function
- Strong knowledge of Windows, O365, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online
- Experience with Virtualisation/VMWare
- Understanding of basic networking and Citrix
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support to internal users via telephone, email, and ticketing system
- Resolve user issues in a timely and effective manner within the agreed SLA
- Prioritise effectively and escalate problems to the 3rd line team when necessary
- Administer and maintain the corporate estate, including workstations, O365, and Azure Active Directory
