Requirements
Must:
- Strong leadership skills
- Background in Python software development
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience with AWS and data-centric development
- Ability to conduct code reviews and provide coaching
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Delivery-focused with experience in managing technical projects
- Commercial acumen
- Degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably Computer Science
Responsibilities
- Lead a small, cross-functional software engineering team
- Ensure the delivery and technical quality of all features and applications
- Guide the definition of the technical roadmap
- Ensure compliance with software engineering standards for maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security
- Support the team to ensure timely delivery, manage resources, and remove blockers
- Provide training and develop career paths for team members
- Promote a culture of software engineering excellence
