Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers
- Advanced full stack development skills, including TypeScript backends, microservices, APIs, React, and React Native
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RDBMS (Oracle) data modeling trade-offs
- Good knowledge of cloud-native architecture and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, Test Automation, and monitoring
- Experience transitioning systems or platforms, including dual running and incremental switchovers
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach, comfortable working with Product Managers to balance speed, quality, and risk

Responsibilities
- Lead a squad or small tribe of Full Stack Engineers
- Combine hands-on engineering (80%) with people leadership and delivery accountability
- Design, build, and review production systems across the full stack (backend, frontend, and native)
- Code, review solutions, and support delivery efforts
- Shape technical designs and collaborate with Product Managers to turn intent into executable plans
- Ensure planning and engineering excellence are prioritized
- Build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative team
- Deliver valuable outcomes in a regulated environment while maintaining quality, security, and reliability
