Requirements
Must:
- Full Stack development experience with Python and Go/Golang
- Proficiency in Django, Flutter, or React
- Experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Greenfield projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in start-ups or scale-ups
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn new technologies, including AI tools
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline with a minimum 2.1 from a top-tier university
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and enhancements as the company scales
- Take ownership of Greenfield projects throughout the full software development lifecycle
- Transition the architecture from a monolith to microservices
- Work across various technologies including Python, Go, Django, and Flutter
- Collaborate with team members to integrate AI scheduling features
