Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with strong Java, AWS, and Kubernetes skills, as well as a solid understanding of user interface/front-end development using React or Tailwind CSS. You should possess a strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices, including cloud-native applications, microservices, and CI/CD methodologies. An appreciation for AI and its potential, alongside commercial awareness and a “big picture” mindset, is essential. Additionally, we seek a skilled problem solver able to make trade-offs and get things done effectively. You should be collaborative, pragmatic, and possess excellent communication skills. An understanding of Financial Services and Open Banking would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, you will join our small team to build systems from the ground up, working across the full technology stack. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native microservices that form the core of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Engineer, Architect, and Product Manager to shape system design, APIs, and data models to enable scalable backend logic and a clean user interface.
