Requirements
Must:
- Strong software engineering skills with technologies including Elixir, Rust, Scala, Ruby, or Python in a SaaS environment
- Good knowledge of AWS
- Ability to conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentoring
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Delivery focused with experience in managing technical projects
- Commercial acumen
- Degree educated in a technical or scientific discipline, Computer Science preferred
Responsibilities
- Remain hands-on with software engineering focusing on architecture and design
- Lead a small, cross-functional team with responsibility for delivery and technical quality of features and applications
- Guide the definition of the technical roadmap ensuring compliance with software engineering standards
- Support the team to deliver on time by managing resources and removing blockers
- Provide training and career development paths to drive continuous improvement
