We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who has strong coding skills in either Python or C# .Net, with knowledge of TypeScript being a plus. A solid understanding of application architecture and microservices, including how to test all layers of an application, is essential. You should have a firm grasp of software testing methodologies, encompassing both manual and automated testing practices. Experience testing AI and large language models (LLMs) is preferred, but a genuine interest in AI and a willingness to grow in this area will also be considered. Familiarity with Cypress and/or Playwright test automation tools, as well as an understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), is important. We value meticulous attention to detail and look for candidates who are collaborative, pragmatic, and possess excellent communication skills. A degree in Computer Science or another STEM discipline is likely to be a strong asset.
Responsibilities
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in an Agile engineering team, where you will be responsible for developing one of our flagship insurance products. Your primary focus will be on testing the AI components of the product, as well as performing full stack testing using tools such as Cypress, alongside Python, JavaScript, or C# coding.
