Requirements
Must:
- Experienced Service Delivery Manager within MSP environments
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and manage clients
- Good technical understanding of ITIL 4 and the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure
- SC Clearance or ability to achieve it (UK permanent resident for 5 years)
Responsibilities
- Manage a new account for the business on client site
- Oversee transition to ensure the client gains maximum value from the product
- Collaborate with the Professional Services and Service Desk team
- Act as a liaison between the business and client to ensure SLAs are met
- Challenge the status quo internally and drive improvements in Service Delivery
- Mentor junior Service Delivery Managers
