We are looking for someone who is degree educated in Computer Science or a similar STEM discipline, achieving a 2.1 or above from a Russell Group university, Oxbridge, or a top 100 global university. You should be an experienced software engineer with strong knowledge of best practices and Computer Science fundamentals, as well as experience in delivering complex, data-centric software. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to take ownership of projects and mentor junior team members. You must have strong TypeScript skills combined with any backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#). While you don't need experience with all technologies in our stack, familiarity with Elixir, Ember, Elm, Phoenix, LiveView, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker is preferred. An analytical mindset and enjoyment of problem-solving are essential. Experience working in start-ups or SMEs, along with a good understanding of financial markets, is ideally desired.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of technically challenging Greenfield development projects. You will tackle complex problems with scalability and reliability in mind, working across the full development lifecycle from architecture and design through to implementation. Your work will have a 50/50 split between backend and frontend development using TypeScript, Elixir, Elm, and AWS. You'll be learning and picking up new technologies on the job in a collaborative, tech-driven environment where you will see the results of your work.
