- Strong experience with JavaScript and Vue.js, including Vue 3.
- Proven technical project and people leadership skills.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and SASS; build tools like Webpack, Gulp, and CLIs; REST APIs, and GraphQL (not all required as training will be provided).
- Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
- Appreciation for UI/UX design.
- Experience working on high-performance/high-traffic websites; eCommerce experience is advantageous.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Front End Engineer, I will provide you with the opportunity to:
- Take ownership of projects within an Agile development environment, focusing on Vue 3 front-end development.
- Evolve and scale existing platforms while also working on new Greenfield projects.
- Manage all aspects of the front-end stack to produce high-quality white-labeled Progressive Web Applications and Websites for significant retail clients.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to ensure technical feasibility, optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
- Build reusable code and libraries while proactively analyzing and suggesting improvements.
- Mentor and support junior team members as a senior team member.

Description
This role is based in Billericay, where you’ll join our team two days a week (with free onsite parking) and have the flexibility to work from home the other three days, along with flexible working hours. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, your package will include a competitive salary (up to £75,000), a bonus, 25 days’ holiday, pension, life assurance, private medical care, and social events such as pizza days.
