Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with experience in similar DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering positions.
- Expertise with Kubernetes and Helm is essential, especially for those who have built mission-critical systems in production.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform, is required.
- I seek individuals with strong CI/CD pipeline build experience, preferably with ArgoCD.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation is a must.
- A good understanding of the Linux operating system is necessary.
- Experience working in security-conscious or compliance-sensitive environments is important.
- You must have SC Clearance or the ability to achieve it, meaning you need to be a British citizen who has been continuously based in the UK for the past 5 years. A DBS check is also required due to the nature of our projects and clients.

Responsibilities
- As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes native infrastructure using Helm and Terraform.
- You will build and maintain secure, repeatable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Your role will involve automating the provisioning and scaling of core services, including Redis, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
- You will implement observability and monitoring solutions and integrate and manage IAM control frameworks while applying infrastructure security best practices.
- Supporting deployments in cloud environments (AWS) and controlled on-premise environments (Linux) will be part of your responsibilities.
