Requirements
Must:
- I have strong C++ development experience on Linux or UNIX, with expertise in C++14 and above.
- I possess good SQL skills.
- I am a passionate technologist motivated by working on cutting-edge systems and engineering complex solutions.
- I am a positive, proactive team member who excels when collaborating with others.
- I have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices.
- I hold a degree in a STEM discipline, achieving a 2.1 or above.
- Ideally, I have experience working in a financial services or trading environment, although my technical skills are of more significant importance.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior C++ Developer, I will take ownership of strategic enhancements on the core platform and work directly on bespoke client projects.
- I will be responsible for designing and building unique technical solutions that meet user requirements.
- I will contribute to the evolution of the cutting-edge platform, influencing key technical decisions throughout the full development lifecycle.
- I will work closely with a highly collaborative, experienced team in a modern, technology-driven environment.

- I will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week, joining my colleagues in the London office three days a week.
