Requirements
Must:
- Experience building enterprise-grade systems that are reliable, secure, maintainable, and observable
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js backend development skills; Python desirable for data-related work
- Experience building event-driven systems and public APIs
- Strong appreciation for SaaS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD practices, and Cloud infrastructure (GCP experience preferred, but AWS is acceptable)
- Some experience with front-end work using React (or similar)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous start-up environment with changing priorities
- Familiarity with AI tools and a keen interest in utilizing them to improve efficiency
- Collaborative and pragmatic with strong communication skills

- Share knowledge with the team to enhance collective expertise
