Requirements
Must:
- I require Python coding skills and Test Automation experience.
- I need API testing experience.
- I expect excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise bug reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- An aptitude and desire to learn is essential; a Computer Science degree would be beneficial but is not necessary if you possess the right skills.
- It would be advantageous to have a good knowledge of Networking, Full Stack Testing, Mobile Testing, or Selenium, though you can gain this knowledge on the job.
Responsibilities
- As a QA Test Engineer, I will ensure the quality of our core technology platform by identifying and preparing test cases.
- I will develop these scenarios with Python automated tests and expand the automated test framework with additional features to drive them.
- I will investigate test failures, analyze and verify bug fixes, and review code developed by other Test Engineers.
- Initially, my focus will be on backend testing; however, I will have opportunities to engage in various project-based work, including cloud-based web technologies, backend APIs, and desktop/mobile applications, all while using Python to code.
- I will be part of a collaborative Agile team, with numerous training and career development opportunities.
