Must:
- Strong Python software engineering background
- Experience working on SaaS products, particularly with GCP
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior engineers
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Collaborative with excellent communication skills
- Agile team experience
- 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline, Computer Science or similar
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the core product, an AI and Machine Learning platform
- Take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle
- Architect, design and develop high-quality software and APIs
- Provide code reviews and technical leadership to the team
- Work independently on particular projects
- Join the team in Cambridge once a month for collaboration
