Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python software engineering background
- Experience working on SaaS products, with a focus on GCP
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices
- Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud computing services
- Collaborative with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in Agile teams
- 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline, Computer Science or similar
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the core product, an AI and Machine Learning platform
- Take ownership of projects and work across the full development lifecycle
- Architect, design, and develop high-quality software and APIs
- Provide code reviews and technical leadership as a senior member of the team
- Work independently on specific projects
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment
- Join the team in Cambridge once a month for in-person meetings
