Requirements
Must:
- Advanced full stack development skills including TypeScript backends, microservices, APIs, React, React Native
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers to drive technical excellence and a culture of collaboration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RDBMS (Oracle) with knowledge of data modelling trade-offs
- Experience integrating AI and agentic systems into business workflows and applications
- Good understanding of cloud native architecture and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, Test Automation, monitoring, and observability
- Experience transitioning systems or platforms, including dual running and incremental switchovers
- Collaborative and pragmatic mindset, comfortable working with Product Managers to explain technical aspects and trade-offs

Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority and role model for engineers across engineering teams and Agile Squads
- Lead and own technical transformation and architectural initiatives in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect
- Shape and evolve the platform, services, and system boundaries as the company scales
- Mentor engineers and drive high standards of quality, security, reliability, and operability across the stack
- Collaborate with Engineering Leads to navigate change, migration, and transition of critical live systems
- Lead the way in leveraging AI and automation tools for ongoing projects
