Requirements
Must:
- I require you to have experience moving monolith systems to microservices architectures.
- I am looking for someone with solution and technical design experience of multi-tier, distributed scalable .Net solutions.
- You should possess strong software development skills with C# .Net, SQL Server, and AWS.
- Advanced technical documentation skills are essential.
- I value excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and collaboration skills. You should feel comfortable advising software engineers and team leads in a collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- As a Principal Software Architect, you will collaborate with the Head of Architecture and a small centralized architecture team to design solutions company-wide.
- Your initial project will focus on transitioning our current monolith systems to a microservices architecture to enhance flexibility, re-use, scalability, performance, durability, and availability.
- You will design and articulate the technical solutions, working closely with software engineers and team leads to manage team restructuring to support these changes and ensure that technical requirements are understood and executed.
Description
- This role is based in Nottingham with a hybrid work-from-home policy.
