Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical networking knowledge including vendor technologies from HPE, Dell, Pure, Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia, and others
- Ideally hold an HPE certification
- Successful experience in delivering Pre-Sales to prospect customers
- Experience designing solutions or services that meet requirements and deliver on expectations
- Understanding of orchestration and management platforms such as Juniper Apstra
- Collaborative and pragmatic mindset to form strong working relationships
- Motivated to win business and exceed targets
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and transform them into practical, value-driven solutions
- Support the sales team during pre-sales by running customer meetings, whiteboard sessions, workshops, and presentations
- Produce written responses such as RFIs, Statements of Work, and solution designs
- Design and present solutions across networking, compute, and storage technologies
- Deliver demos and presentations independently or alongside vendor partners
- Provide consultancy to customers, helping shape solutions that fit their environment
- Manage sales-generated helpdesk tickets and produce Bills of Materials for customer quotes
- Create clear documentation, including high and low-level designs for handover to delivery teams
- Help shape technology strategy by championing compute and storage solutions and evaluating new vendors and technologies
- Contribute to marketing content and facilitate onboarding of new products through training and sales enablement material
