Must:
- Strong network support / network engineering experience
- Experience of troubleshooting and fault resolution within a Juniper environment
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience of managing 3rd party vendors and can push back when needed
- Experience with a NOC environment
- Great communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line / NOC support to clients
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage escalations to vendors
- Troubleshoot customer reported issues and provide advice and guidance
- Act as an escalation point for other teams
- Provide break-fix support for complex networking issues
- Onboard new customers into the vendor portal
- Audit new customer environments and provide recommendations
