Requirements
Must:
- Relevant experience in a delivery-focused technology role
- Good understanding of networking technologies from HPE, Dell, Pure, Juniper, Aruba, and other infrastructure vendors
- Ideally hold a JNCIA or CCNA certification, or equivalent
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in business relationship development
- Good grasp of networking concepts, including IP addressing, VLANs, and wireless configurations
- Familiarity with orchestration and management platforms such as Juniper Apstra
Responsibilities
- Deliver and support solutions and services for customers based on our product portfolio
- Liaise with customer representatives and third-party organizations to coordinate delivery
- Collaborate with and lead other engineers in delivery teams at client sites and on projects
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful customer delivery
