Must:
- I have expertise in C# .Net backend development.
- I possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- I have skills in NoSQL databases, with experience in CosmosDB being a plus.
- I exhibit excellent communication skills and am confident in leading technical discussions, managing projects, and mentoring others.
- I maintain a 'product-based' mindset with a focus on delivery.
Responsibilities
- As a .Net Technical Lead, I will provide technical leadership to two mid-senior Backend Software Engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, design, and coding.
- I will be heavily involved in technical discussions and decision-making, taking ownership of projects and ensuring that best practices are followed to tackle challenging problems.
