Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 (Field Service, Sales Enterprise, Customer Insights, Marketing)
- Experience with CRM suites (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Experience with data transfers, uploads, and integrations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders, gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Keen interest in working for a Not for Profit / Charity, ideally with previous experience
Responsibilities
- Support Dynamics solutions, including 1st line helpdesk, troubleshooting system performance, and bug fixing
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand and prioritise requirements
- Develop technical architecture and strategy
- Design and develop Dynamics solutions tailored to the organisations needs
- Ensure scalability and performance of systems

We are a Non-Profit organisation committed to addressing food poverty and wastage in the UK by collecting food from major supermarkets and retailers and distributing it to schools, charities, and community projects. As a Microsoft Dynamics Support Developer, youll play a key role in applying technology to improve our efficiency.
