Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python skills
- Experience leveraging the AWS stack for moving models to production services
- Comfortable designing high-throughput APIs and managing data
- Experience training, deploying, and supporting non-LLM models
- Knowledge of supporting LLM Services in a production environment
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including TDD and Pair Programming
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable mentoring and providing technical direction
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Achieved a 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead the Machine Learning activities within the Insights and Data Analytics Team
- Create and scale high-impact models that address core product challenges
- Define the Machine Learning roadmap from a technical perspective
- Evaluate model architectures and optimize data pipelines
- Ensure ML features provide actionable insights within the product
- Build the ML infrastructure to enable the business to scale confidently
- Collaborate and provide technical leadership to a small team
- Participate in team meetings and collaboration sessions in London once a month
