Requirements
Must:
- Advanced Python coding skills
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Experience across the full lifecycle of ML model development, including into production
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of modern software engineering best practices, microservices, TDD/DDD, common design patterns
- Experience with Databricks, PostgreSQL, Amazon RedShift, or MLflow (not essential)

Responsibilities
- Implement ML algorithms into production
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers on complex insurance underwriting and pricing systems
- Engage in data modeling and implementing machine learning algorithms
- Work on Greenfield projects related to forecasting and pricing
- Participate in technical discussions in a collaborative Agile environment
- Mentor junior team members as desired
