Must:
- I have expertise with C# .Net Core backend development, with experience in developing highly available, scalable systems.
- I possess a deep knowledge of Azure cloud-based services.
- I have a strong understanding of SaaS and cloud deployment.
- I have a good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform (or Pulumi).
- I have experience with Kubernetes and Docker at scale and a good understanding of modern microservices.
- I have experience in leading technical projects and promoting best practices.
- I demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- As a Lead Software Engineer, I will take a lead role in the team responsible for my company's flagship SaaS insurance platform, which handles 4 billion requests per month.
- I will focus on delivering the evolution of C# .Net Core backend services that support large-scale calculation systems.
- I will remain hands-on while helping to set standards and providing technical project leadership within an Agile development environment that encourages close collaboration.
