Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with expertise in C# .Net Core backend software development, particularly on large, scalable systems with complexity.
- A strong knowledge of Azure and SaaS is essential.
- I need a candidate with strong technical project leadership experience.
- An advocate of creating clean, reusable, and maintainable code, you should be familiar with modern Microsoft software engineering best practices.
- A good understanding of security and IAM in Azure is required.
- I expect you to have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
- A solid understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is important.
- You are likely to be degree educated in a relevant STEM discipline.
Responsibilities
- In this role, I will need you to collaborate, problem-solve, and provide technical leadership to a small team of senior engineers.
- You will be tasked with building the first generation of a highly complex SaaS platform that enables insurance brokers to manage reserves and ensure compliance with reserving regulations.
- You'll face numerous technical challenges while working across the full development lifecycle.
- As part of your duties, you will liaise with senior stakeholders to discover and break down requirements.
- You will be responsible for the design and development of complex, data-driven features and applications.
- Taking ownership of tasks, you will work independently to deliver secure cloud-based resources, solutions, and services.
