- Product mindset and appreciation of SaaS
- Expertise in implementing engineering metrics, performance frameworks, and resource/capacity planning
- Ability to foster a culture of engineering excellence and innovation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator with a focus on developing people
- No ego; team-oriented and supportive
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTO, Head of Product, and Heads of Operations to align engineering with business goals
- Manage three engineering teams, overseeing approximately 40-45 staff
- Oversee engineering operations, budgets, and performance metrics
- Optimize development processes and delivery pipelines
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-powered tools
