Requirements
Must:
- Full Stack development experience with Python and Go
- Proficiency in Django and Flutter (or React)
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Experience working on Greenfield projects in fast-paced environments
- Start-up or scale-up experience preferred
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
- Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline (2.1 or above from a top tier university)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and enhancements for our AI workforce optimisation software
- Take ownership of Greenfield projects throughout the software development lifecycle
- Work with a range of technologies including Python, Go, Django, and Flutter in an AWS cloud environment
- Transition the system architecture from monolith to microservices
- Collaborate with team members to maximize operational efficiency
