Must:
We are looking for a candidate with expertise in software engineering best practices and experience across the full development lifecycle and tech stack. You should be proficient with most of the technologies in our stack, including Kotlin, SpringBoot, AWS, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. We value your ability to assess, recommend, and make technical decisions with a long-term product strategy in mind. Strong technical project leadership skills, experience working with clients, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. A degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline is required. Experience in HealthTech or familiarity with HL7 (Health Level Seven) would also be beneficial.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with the CTO on the overall design and architecture of our product's tech stack, working on Greenfield applications. You will be hands-on with architecture, design, and coding, including complex business logic, authentication, and security aspects. Your role will span the full tech stack, allowing you to create our beta product. You will also have the opportunity to work from home most of the time, with occasional visits to our London office every three weeks and to clients in the South West to gather requirements and discuss bespoke product development.
