Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong full stack software engineering experience, proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Azure cloud. Ideally, you have experience working in scaling technology start-up environments and possess a solid understanding of optimization and scalability. We appreciate innovation and adaptability in our team members. A degree in a STEM discipline, preferably Computer Science, is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new backend and frontend applications. You will collaborate closely with our product and UI teams to conceptualize and implement innovative technical solutions. Your efforts will play a vital role in ensuring our B2C platform is scalable, secure, and highly performant as we approach our go-live date in June.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £80k and includes equity options. You will have the flexibility to work from home most of the time, with the opportunity to meet in our London office 1-2 days a week.
