Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Technical Success / Customer Engineering role within a Data product or SaaS company
- In-depth technical knowledge of Python for data workflows, SQL and Data Modelling, DBT
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Workflow Orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, DBT Cloud)
- Proficiency in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Experience leading technical deployments and running customer projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of customer data teams and their challenges
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in helping client data teams adopt and scale the companys platform
- Engage in Solution Design and Architecture
- Oversee Technical Onboarding and Implementation
- Provide Technical Troubleshooting and Support
- Deliver Technical Enablement and Training
- Offer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap
- Ensure long-term customer success by designing workflow architectures and recommending best practices
