Requirements
Must:
- Strong software engineering experience across the full stack
- Focus on C# .Net, React, Postgres, and AWS
- Deep understanding of SaaS product development
- Experience with modern AI assisted development tools and LLM workflows
- Ability to work in a start-up environment
- Capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong grounding in Computer Science
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the technology roadmap
- Lead hands-on development of the platform
- Shape product architecture for long-term scale
- Build the first internal engineering capability
- Evolve the product from MVP to production platform
- Set engineering best practices
- Provide technical leadership aligned with strategic goals
- Collaborate closely with product and domain stakeholders to design, build and deliver scalable solutions
