Requirements
Must:
- Strong leadership skills
- Python software development background
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience with AWS and data-centric development
- Ability to conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentoring
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing technical projects
- Commercial acumen
- Degree educated in a technical or scientific discipline (Computer Science preferred)
Responsibilities
- Head up a small, cross-functional team
- Ensure delivery and technical quality of all features and applications
- Guide the definition of the technical roadmap
- Ensure system compliance with software engineering standards (maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security)
- Support the team to ensure timely delivery
- Manage resources and remove blockers
- Provide training and career development paths to drive continuous improvement
