Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python programming skills
- Strong SQL programming skills
- Highly numerate with a strong knowledge of Statistics
- Degree educated in a relevant mathematical discipline from a top tier university
- Experience collaborating with software engineers
- Must have SC Clearance (or ability to achieve it, i.e. British citizen with the past 5 years continually based in the UK)
Responsibilities
- Develop actionable insights across a suite of projects in Aviation and Defence
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis
- Develop advanced, computationally intensive numerical models
- Use Python to develop data pipelines for the ingestion, manipulation, and analysis of large datasets
- Collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to project discussions
Description
We are a scaling technology company that produces software solutions for the defence and civil aviation sector. We offer a salary of up to £80k, a bonus, a pension with a 5% contribution, a training budget, and the opportunity to work abroad for 4 weeks per year. Additionally, we provide 5 charity days per year. Our team is collaborative and diverse, with the ability to work from home most of the time while meeting in our Guildford office 1-2 days a week.
