Must:
- Strong CRM / ERP development and integration experience
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce (including APEX, LWW, SOQL, SOSL)
- Good knowledge of NetSuite and Halo
- Experience developing APIs and middleware for integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and Halo
- Experience building automated workflows and data migrations
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
- Capability to take a lead role
Responsibilities
- Optimize Salesforce within the organization alongside NetSuite and Halo
- Ensure that the systems work together to provide maximum value
- Collaborate with various teams acting as the technical authority across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and integration
- Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards
- Liaise with BAs and Product Managers to shape solution design
- Provide technical advice, identifying risks, options, and dependencies
- Remain hands-on with design, development, and delivery
