Requirements
Must:
- Strong backend OOP, multithreaded software engineering experience with C++
- Comfortable working with Rust
- Experience with high throughput, low latency systems (microseconds/nanoseconds) in finance or games
- Good understanding of low-level system design, Operating Systems, Networking, Socket Level programming, hardware, compilers, FPGA
- A 2.1 or above in Computer Science from a top tier university
- Collaborative and pragmatic with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Some leadership or mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high throughput backend services for microsecond real-time risk, pricing, trading engines, and market-making systems
- Work across the full software development lifecycle using Rust and some C++
- Collaborate with a small, talented team on complex systems
- Solve problems and tackle challenging tasks in the development process
