Requirements
Must:
- A minimum 2.1 BSc in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline from a top-tier / Russell Group university, backed by A's at A-level.
- Strong technical leadership skills.
- Expertise in modern C# .Net Core; Python skills will be beneficial (other object-oriented languages such as C++ or Java may also be considered).
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices with experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- A passion for collaborating and problem-solving on complex, distributed systems.
- A thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
- Enthusiasm for joining a scaling company where you can shape and influence outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement logic behind core applications and build APIs and microservices for data processing, business rules, and third-party integrations.
- Oversee the configuration and upkeep of secure and reliable server environments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to gather detailed requirements through meetings and workshops.
- Help shape product vision and roadmap by offering technical insights and feasibility guidance while remaining hands-on with architecture and design.
- Instill best practices within the team, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and collaboratively solve problems to help remove any blockers.

You will work full-time (Monday to Friday) with flexible hours from 09:00 to 18:00.
